Hello! I am THEpastamaster.
You could say that I am at the start of the my career to a real pasta master! The name is a throwback from when I got my first Hotmail email address when the modern internet was born!
Little did I think in 1996 that this name would become a personal brand! All I did was eat a lot of pasta during my foundation course at Central St Martins, and my course buddies suggested the name!
Decades later and here we are – I’m known quite widely as ThePastaMaster so the name will stay for now!
